Peter Moschetti Jr. graduated from Albany Law School in 1984 with honors. He then worked as a prosecutor in the Nassau County District Attorney’s office from 1984 to 1987. From there, he concentrated his practice in personal injury, complex product liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. As a result, he has received verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million for his clients.

Mr. Moschetti is admitted to practice in the trial courts for the state of New York, as well as in the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York. Additionally, he has argued appeals in the Court of Appeals and in the Second, Third, and Fourth Departments of the Appellate Division of the state of New York and in the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Moschetti has been selected as a special prosecutor in a number of high-profile criminal cases in counties around the Capital District. Also, he has given lectures to lawyers regarding continued legal education in the areas of civil and criminal law, and he has taught trial practice to students at Albany Law School.
